my self efficacy

what i've learned about self efficacy:
i've learnt that i can control my motivation towards learning, behaviour and social environment.
if u have self efficacy u can recognise ur mistakes. When running or performing other athletic activities, having a lot of self-efficacy will help you accomplish your goals much better. if your optimistic is thinking positively which if self efficacy. To me it means if i mess  up its all my fault. effected me when i was ripper rugby and we were in the finals i believed in myself that i could get trys and i did
